
“If You Build It, Will They Come?” Strategies for Alzheimer’s Disease Clinical Trial Recruitment Webinar
The Accelerate Cure/Treatments for Alzheimer’s Disease (ACT-AD) Coalition for an educational webinar on clinical trial recruitment issues in Alzheimer’s disease. We will be joined by representatives from the National Institute on Aging (NIA) for a discussion on how it has been working to expand and diversify participation in Alzheimer’s and related dementia clinical trials. The webinar will also feature some of the coalition’s industry partners as they discuss the challenges of patient recruitment, strategies for overcoming those challenges, and possible ways industry and the NIA could collaborate to overcome recruitment and retention issues for Alzheimer’s disease studies.
